9月21日(月)に撮影スタジオをお借りするのですが、
主催は屋外での撮影がメインで、スタジオ自体は準備と荷物置きにしか使用致しません。
スタジオが空いている時間を「シェア撮影」として開放しようと考えています。
「この時間にスタジオを使って撮影したい」という方がいらっしゃいましたら、
スタジオ利用料を割り勘という形でご一緒いただけます。
●日程
2026年9月21日(月) 15:00-19:00
※19:00までに全員の退出をお願いいたします。

三浦ビーチハウススタジオ Bスタジオ

●撮影内容について
ヌード以外であれば、基本的にどのような内容でも大丈夫です。
ただし「写真撮影のみ」でお願いいたします(スタジオ様へは動画撮影の申請をしていません)。
スマホでの短いメイキング動画やコメント動画も、このスタジオでは「動画撮影」扱いとなり
追加料金が発生してしまうため、動画撮影は一切お控えください。
また、スタジオ様への事前申告が必要なため、お手数ですが撮影内容を事前にお知らせください。
当日、申告と異なる内容を撮影したくなった場合も、必ず主催までご連絡をお願いします。
無断で内容を変更した場合、スタジオ様の判断で撮影の中断・中止を指示されることがあります。
スタジオ内には監視カメラもございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
●ご注意
撮影者様おひとりでの参加や、他の参加者様の被写体の方を撮影することはご遠慮ください。
ただし、下記のような内容については、お一人での参加も可能です。
・被写体様ご自身によるセルフポートレート
・ぬいぐるみやドールなどの撮影
・商用素材の撮影（ストックフォトサイト［例：PIXTA、Adobe Stockなど］向けの撮影）
●料金
スタジオ利用料 77,000円を、「主催＋参加グループ数」で割り勘します。
途中参加・途中退席のグループも同じ金額です(参加時間の長さにかかわらず一律料金となります)。
・参加グループ 0 の場合
主催負担：77,000円
・参加グループ 1 の場合（主催を含めて2グループ）
1グループあたり：39,000円
・参加グループ 2 の場合（主催を含めて3グループ）
1グループあたり：26,000円
商用撮影について、追加料金はかかりません。
当日受付時に*****お支払いをお願いします。
領収書が必要な方は、申込時にお知らせください。
●スタジオ設備について
多くの方はマナーを守って丁寧にお使い頂いていますが、
スタジオ様の規約上、万が一に備えてお願いを下記に記載致します。
スタジオには高価な家具や、壁に立てかけてあるドア・鏡・絵画などがあります。
足や服、アクセサリーなどが引っかかり破損させてしまう可能性がありますので十分にご注意ください。
設備・内装・家具・備品等を壊したり汚したりした場合、スタジオ様の利用規約に基づき、
修理費や交換費用などの賠償を求められることがあります(状況によっては休業補償等を含む場合があります)。
このとき、スタジオ様との間で賠償の対象となるのは「実際に破損させた方」となり、
費用はその方ご本人のご負担となります。
主催(@Kyogoku864)はスタジオ様に時間貸しでお部屋をお借りしている立場であり、
皆様と同じ参加者の一人です。
そのため、スタジオ設備の破損について、主催が参加者の代わりに費用を負担することはできません。
万が一破損等が発生した場合は、そのままにせず、必ず主催までお知らせください。
破損の状況によっては、スタジオ様と相談のうえ、
防犯カメラ等の記録を確認して対応させて頂くことがあります。
なお、防犯や安全のために設置された監視カメラや録画設備が、
盗撮目的で悪用される事件も各地で起きています。
このイベントでは、スタジオ様の設備やルールを尊重しつつ、
可能な範囲で被写体様を含む参加者のみなさんの安全確保に努めます。

●皆様へのお願い
いつもマナーを守ってくださっている方には当たり前の内容かと思いますが、
安心して参加して頂くために改めて文字にしてお伝え致します。
私は皆様に安心して撮影を楽しんで頂ける場にしたいと考えています。
一般的なマナーや常識を守り、危険な行為や、他の方の迷惑になる行為は絶対にしないようお願いいたします。
冗談やからかい、いじりなどを含めたあらゆるハラスメントにも反対の立場です。
お互いを尊重しながら、撮影に集中できる空間を一緒に作っていければうれしいです。
以下の行為はお控えください。
・他の方の尊厳を傷つける言動
・精神的な圧迫につながる言動
・不必要に近づきすぎるなどのパーソナルスペースの侵害
コミュニケーションの一環として、居住地・年齢・恋人の有無など、
プライベートに踏み込むような質問はご遠慮ください。
被写体様を含む参加者の皆様やスタジオ関係者様、スタッフの身体には、
必要な場合であっても、許可なく触れないでください。
ポーズや立ち位置の調整などは、言葉での声かけや指示でお願いします。
会場内で危険な行為や、ハラスメントにあたる言動が見られた場合は、
主催からの注意や、該当する方にご退出をお願いすることがあります。
それでも改善が見られず、参加者の皆様の心身の安全を守ることが難しいと判断した場合には、
スタジオ様や関係機関への相談・通報を含め、必要な対応を取らせて頂くことがあります。
●もし何かが起こったら
更衣室を含め、会場内で「嫌だな」「怖いな」と感じる言動や、誰かへの接し方で気になることがあった場合は、
ひとりで抱え込まず、落ち着いたタイミングで近くの主催やスタッフまでお知らせください。
主催やスタッフも、撮影の合間にできる限り様子を見るようにしますが、
どうしても気付けていないことがあるかもしれません。
小さな怖さや小さな不安に感じることも、無理に我慢せず、遠慮なく私達にお知らせください。
スタッフも主催も、皆様が安心して過ごせるよう味方でいたいと考えています。
特に被写体として参加される方が、安心して撮影に集中できることを大切にしています。
気になることがあれば、小さなことでも遠慮なく主催に共有してください。
皆様からの声をもとに、一緒に安心していられる場を守っていきたいと考えています。

【Shared Studio Photography Session】
Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
On Monday, September 21, 2026, I will be renting a photography studio.
I’m planning to open the studio from 15:00 to 19:00 for a shared studio photography session.
If anyone would like to use the studio during this time, we can split the rental fee between the groups.
I mainly shoot outdoors, so I will only be using a small part of the studio for getting ready and storing my luggage.
That means participants are welcome to use the studio for shooting.
● Date & Time
Monday, September 21, 2026
15:00 – 19:00
※ Everyone must leave the studio by 19:00.
● Location

● Shooting Content
Any type of shoot is welcome as long as it does not involve nudity.
However, only still photography is allowed, as we have not applied for permission to shoot video with the studio.
Even short smartphone making-of videos or comment videos are treated as “video recording” at this studio and will incur additional fees. Please refrain from any form of video shooting.
Because prior notification to the studio is required, please let me know your planned shooting content in advance.
● Important Notes
This is a shared studio photo session for pairs or groups consisting of both subjects and photographers.
Please attend as a pair or group with both the subject and photographer present.
Please refrain from participating as a photographer without a subject to shoot, or from photographing the subjects of other participants.
Photographers cannot participate alone.
However, the following types of sessions are also allowed for solo participation:
• Self-portraits by the subject themselves
• Photography of plush toys, dolls, etc.
• Commercial stock photography (for platforms such as PIXTA, Adobe Stock, etc.)
● Fees
The studio rental fee of ¥77,000 will be split equally among “the organizer + the number of participating groups.”
Groups that join or leave partway through will still pay the same amount (a flat rate regardless of participation time).
If there are 0 participating groups, the organizer will pay the full ¥77,000.
If there is 1 participating group (2 groups in total including the organizer):
→approximately ¥39,000 per group
If there are 2 participating groups (3 groups in total including the organizer):
→approximately ¥26,000 per group
Payment is to be made in cash at reception on the day.

● Studio Facilities
Most participants use the studio carefully and respectfully.
However, in accordance with the studio’s rules, please note the following points.
The studio contains expensive furniture, as well as doors, mirrors, and paintings leaning against the walls.
Please be careful not to catch your feet, clothing, or accessories on anything and cause damage.
If any equipment, interior items, furniture, or fixtures are broken or soiled, you may be required to pay for repair or replacement in accordance with the studio’s terms of use.
In some cases, this may also include compensation for lost business.
The person who actually caused the damage will be held responsible by the studio and will be required to cover the cost themselves.
The organizer, @Kyogoku864, is simply renting the studio by the hour and is also participating as one of the groups.
Therefore, the organizer cannot cover any damage costs on behalf of other participants.
If any damage occurs, please do not leave it unattended. Please notify the organizer immediately.
Depending on the situation, we may review the security camera footage in consultation with the studio.
Please be aware that there have been cases in various places where security cameras installed for safety and security have been misused for voyeurism.
At this event, we will respect the studio’s facilities and rules while doing our best to ensure the safety of all participants, including the subjects.

● Request to All Participants
This may seem obvious to those who always observe good manners, but I am writing it out clearly so that everyone can participate with peace of mind.
I want this to be a space where everyone can enjoy photography in a safe and comfortable environment.
Please follow basic manners and common sense, and avoid any dangerous behavior or actions that inconvenience others.
I am firmly against all forms of harassment, including so called jokes, teasing, or banter.
I hope we can create a respectful environment together where everyone can focus on photography.
Please refrain from the following:
・Remarks that damage others’ dignity
・Remarks that create psychological pressure
・Unnecessary invasion of personal space, such as getting too close
As part of conversation, please avoid questions that pry into private matters such as place of residence, age, or relationship status.
Do not touch any participant, including subjects, studio staff, or other related persons without permission, even if it seems necessary.
When adjusting poses or positions, please use verbal instructions only.
If any dangerous behavior or harassment is observed on site, the organizer may issue a warning or ask the person to leave.
If there is no improvement and it becomes difficult to protect the physical and mental safety of participants, we may take further action, including consulting with or reporting the matter to the studio or relevant authorities.
●If Something Happens
If you experience or notice any behavior in the venue, including the dressing rooms, that makes you feel uncomfortable or scared, or any interaction that concerns you, please do not keep it to yourself.
Please tell the nearest organizer or staff member at a calm moment.
It is completely fine to step away first.
The organizer and staff will try to keep an eye on things between shoots, but we may not notice everything.
Please do not force yourself to endure even small feelings of unease or anxiety.
If something bothers you, please feel free to tell us.
We especially value creating an environment where subjects can focus on the shoot with complete peace of mind.
Both the staff and I want to be on your side so that everyone can spend time here safely.
If anything concerns you, no matter how small, please share it with the organizer without hesitation.
Based on your feedback, we want to protect this safe space together.
